About 5:30 everyone shall be punctually awakened, then wash, comb her hair, clean her teeth, and keeping on her Morning Gown [1] go to breakfast, which will be punctually at 6:00.
Sister Kunts will help Sister Beroth with making breakfast together with the day helper so that it is ready on time. Right after breakfast Sister Pyrlaeus will take care of washing up together with Polly Ungern.
Then from each Room Company half the children will go with a Sister to the sleeping hall to make beds and sweep. The other Sister will stay with the other half of the children to straighten up the room, this is done daily in alternation; Little Susannah [2] Bagge sweeps Sister Lunggard’s room as long as she is alone and the rest of the children go to make beds, take care of the steps and the hallways.
Maria Elisabeth Beroth shall watch her little ones while Sister Kunts with a few children sweeps the room and keeps an eye on the remaining few.
From 8 to 9 Sister Maria Elisabeth Beroth sweeps her third sleeping hall and makes her children’s beds and Sister Mary Pyrlaeus is in the 3rd teaching school setting the children’s little packets in order.
From 9 to 10 Sister Pyrlaeus cleans the dining room and takes care of setting the tables. From 10 to 11 Sister Beroth takes care of her lamps.
The rest of the time these two Sisters will get the children their work from the sewing school. [...]

Sister Mary Pyrlaeus takes care of clearing the table with the Day Helper; at meals a Sister sits at the head of each table and one at the foot, pay attention to the eating of the children, just as they live in the rooms with the children.
About 2:00 Sister Mary Elisabeth Beroth takes care of the washing and the day helper sends it to the Sisters in her room in pitchers.
The walks of the children take place in three divisions, which the Sisters take turns in, the children, with others at 4 o’clock and the rest about 5 o’clock.
The evening table, setting as well as clearing, is taken care of by Sister Mary Pyrlaeus. Each Sister accompanies her children to the Sleeping Hall and stays with them until they fall asleep.
Sister Beroth takes care of the house doors and lamps as soon as her children are asleep.
After all the lessons the Sisters will see that all the rooms look orderly so that when visitors come there won’t be so much to straighten up.
